Orders & Shipping
How long will my order take?
Orders to United States have an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days. International orders are generally delivered within 6-18 business days. (Delivery times may vary depending on your order's size, weight and destination).
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship within the United States and internationally to over 220 countries and territories! If you don't find your country in the list, please let us know; it might just have been overlooked.
I accidentally put the wrong shipping address on my order, what do I do?
If you gave us an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible with the incorrect address and the correct shipping address you'd like to change to. We may be able to change it if the order has not gone through the production process. If your order is already in transit, editing its address will no longer be possible.
In the case that an order has been returned to sender, additional re-shipping charges will apply.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return something?
Our products are unique, printed to order, and as a result, are generally non-refundable, except when they're damaged or incorrect. If you're unhappy with your order, do reach out to us and we're happy to make things right!
How do I exchange something?
As we print every item to order and do not re-sell anything, we do not offer any sort of exchanges or refund for change of mind; though if there's any problem with your order, do reach out to us and we're happy to make things right!

Can you tell me more about your shirts?
All our shirts are made with Bella+Canvas, known for their durability, comfort, and fit; made of 100% high quality, clean cotton. Bella+Canvas sources cotton from all over the world, but all of their garments are cut and died in Los Angeles, California; they sew either in Los Angeles or Central America. American made, they are 100% Sweatshop-Free and Eco-Friendly.
Can you tell me more about your sweats and hoodies?
Our sweatshirts and hoodies are made with Gildan, one of the largest wholesale apparel brands and the market leader in this space. Gildan sweatshirt is composed by 50/50 blend of cotton and polyester, that helps to keep the garment soft and comfortable to the touch, even after many warm washes.
Gildan hoodies are Heavy Blend™ and are made of a blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester. It has a double-lined hood for added warmth with a matching drawstring as well as a pouch pocket to keep your hands warm and carry whatever you need.
Gildan garments are (mostly) produced in Central America and the Caribbean Basin. With production occurring far closer to home, fulfilment could be completed significantly faster with less carbon footprint.

Who design your shirts?
We design everything on this site in-house, by a team of dedicated artists and designers who have considerable amount of experience in apparel design.
Why dogs? Why animals?
If it's not clear enough, we are here a bunch of animal lovers and we think the world does not have enough people dedicated to making fabulous designs based on our fur babies! Apart from pups, we also love all other animals and creatures, on earth or otherwise, aliens and dinosaurs included.
I love your designs, but I can't find my dog!
Oh no! We are a teeny tiny team and have to start with several dogs that we think are more Instagrammable than others; but of course our goal is to have a shirt for every dog breed imaginable, yours included. Please send us your suggestion to hello@puptees.com and we promise to look into it.
I want more cats!
We do too! Rest assured, cats are very high priority on our todo list.
